What is FarFlex?
FarFlex is a flexible pre-paid option that allows you to purchase 12, 24, 36, or 48 tubs of FarOats at a discounted rate, which you can redeem at your convenience. There is no expiry date, and you can order a minimum of 4 tubs per delivery.
How does FarFlex work?
FarFlex works in 3 simple steps:
- Purchase: Choose a plan (12, 24, 36, or 48 tubs) and make a one-time payment.
- Flexible Ordering: Redeem tubs at your own pace, with no expiry.
- Group Ordering: Share your plan with family, friends, or colleagues. Each delivery must go to one address.
What are the delivery slots?
Customers can choose between two daily slots:
- Morning: 9 AM - 1 PM (choose between 9 AM - 11 AM or 11 AM - 1 PM)
- Evening: 4 PM - 8 PM (choose between 4 PM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 8 PM)
What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fee structure is as follows:
- RM5 for the first 10 km
- RM0.60 for each additional km
The fee will be automatically calculated by the e-commerce platform when you place your order.
How do I store the tubs?
Tubs remain fresh for 7 to 9 days in the fridge. If you need longer storage, the plain, mixed nuts, and compote versions can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Can I share my FarFlex plan?
Yes, you can share your plan with others, but each delivery can only go to one address. FarFlex is great for families, friends, or colleagues.
Can I cancel my FarFlex plan?
No, FarFlex cannot be canceled once purchased. However, it's flexible, with no expiry, so you can redeem tubs at your own pace.
Can I gift FarFlex?
Gifting is coming soon! Once our e-commerce platform is fully ready, you will be able to purchase and gift digital vouchers.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, QR Transfer, DuitNow, and Bank Transfer are available. Additional methods will be added as our e-commerce system evolves.
What is a Premium tub limit?
Premium tubs refer to specialty varieties that cost more to produce. Each FarFlex plan includes a set number of premium tub redemptions (up to 33% of your total plan). For example, a 24-tub plan allows up to 8 premium tub redemptions.
How do I redeem my FarFlex tubs?
To redeem your FarFlex tubs:
- Log in to your account
- Add FarOats products to your cart
- During checkout, you'll see an option to "Use FarFlex"
- Select this option to use your pre-paid tubs instead of paying
- Complete your order as usual
